I have an extensive list of things I would like to see in future Pro Cycling manager games in order to actually make it a "management" game instead of "just" a bike racing game.
I won't list everything because it will be too long, so I'll just mention a few of them.
Since I'm not good at doing the team time trial. Mainly because not many races have it. I would like to see an option to practice a TTT. Would like to have this option be in the career mode and have the requirement for the team to buy or build a time trial facility. Then your entire team could actually practice or train on the TT.
Since its a racing game change all the other training facilities to an interactive option. Instead of just sending the riders off to train at some far off location. Make it so you have to actually take your team and have them go through climbing drills, cobble, etc. etc. etc... Maybe throw in some sprint training as well where you can practice leading out a sprinter or whatever.
Just adding this aspect to the game would improve it immensely. Plus it would start PCM on the track to actually being a "management" game. Either that or change the name from PCM to PCR. (Pro Cycling Racer)

I was just thinking. Add an option to practice on or ride the course or even parts of each course before the actual race happens. Riders can ride the course in real life. Why not in PCM
My team is in the Giro and they stink at the first stage which is a TTT. Hence my above suggestions. Finishing last with no practice kind of ruins the entire tour. lol
