question about sponsors/jerseys

i know i can't change my sponsors till the end of the season but i have two questions about this:

1. are there any rules about changes in the nationality of the team?
and
2. do sponsors have to be big companies?

You can change your team nationality to whatever you want when the season's over and you can use ANY sponsor, whether big or small. Just be aware that you will have to provide a new jersey should you change your team name.
