Is there someone that knows how you can converte or make a db of 2008 to pcm 2011 ?

It's nearly impossible to convert as there are many new tables in PCM 2011 but can always copy the main tables in excel as Dyn_Team and Dyn_Cyclist. Also remember that satges from PCM2008 aren't compatible with PCM2011.

As sam1196 said, you can use excel to copy. But you cannot copy the whole table but you would need to copy the content of the columns which are the same in both games.

Doing so, you could import the teams from 2008 but all graphics and the stages did change since PCM 2008, so you would need to redesign the shirts and build the races out of the existing stages of 2011 unless you are willing to create the old stages.

So you better look in the official forum, there might be a DB for PCM2011 of the year 2008 close to that. So better take such a DB and then modify it.
