Which Giro variant?

Hey you all,

In my Monster Energy-story, I'm about to play a Giro d'Italia variant. But I can't figure out if it is a real or a fantasy Giro.
First stage: Palermo - Castellammare del Golfo
Second stage: TT over the Trapani (mountain TT)
Stage 20: ends at the Stelvio.

Does anybody knows?

It`s marco08`s variant. Never played this one or even heard about it. Just checked the descr files.

Surely a fantasy one but will try to find the complete route.
