You might have a virus, had it before and it was a tricky virus to get rid off. Scan your PC with Antivirus, if there's nothing found the problem may be with some Windows files. I had similar problem with my Steam games not beginning whenever I clicked on them. Reinstall was necessary then. Though it may not be necessary in your case.
Also Google it Should help
Does it happen with other programs ?

Try to move your savegames out on your desktop. If it works it is a corrupt savegame. Then you can try to move back the savegames one after one till you locate the corrupt savegame.
If you find the corrupt savegame you can delete it (if you don't use it anymore) or you can find a backup savegame in Documents/PCM11/User/XXXXX/Database/WeeklySave
You can also try to open via the PCM.exe file in Program files/Cyanide/PCM11

I did, but no black of white screen appears. I click in the game icon, but nothing shows up, yet when i go Alt+Ctrl+Del, in the task manager, in the second tab i can see the PCM.exe process, and i can stop it. But no game appears |

OK, then read this, also found somewhere in the official forum:
Reset the settings of Pro Cycling Manager 2011:
(Beware, it will erase your progress if you don't make a copy of the folder named Users)
A. My documents
1. Click Windows Start button and click My Documents or Documents.
2. Delete Pro Cycling Manager 2011 folder.
3. Run Pro Cycling Manager 2011.
B. Roaming folder
1. Open Computer then Local Disk (C:).
2. Open Users folder.
3. Open your username folder.
4. Open AppData folder (*)
5. Open Roaming folder.
6. Delete Pro Cycling Manager 2011 folder.
7. Run Pro Cycling Manager 2011.
(*) Note that on some Windows systems the application data folder is hidden by default.
Here is how to make it visible:
Open the Folder Options by clicking the Start button and click Control Panel.
On the Control Panel, click Appearance and Personalization and click Folder Options.
On the Folder Options, click on the View tab.
Under the Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders and click Ok. |
