Yea, just wrote the names in the wrong block.
Next Nationals are on Sunday with both Road Races in New Zealand and Australia. Especially interested in Aussie ones, will somebody outwit the GreenEdge or not.

Simon Gerrans wins the Australia National Championships RR ahead of Llyod and Porte.
Hayman did some great work pulling a lot of breaks, and Durbridge gave a very good ride for a youngester in that field. Sutton was the best sprinter to finish around 5 - 8th. Looking good for TdU.
P.S. My first bet won, yay

So only 21 riders finished in quite a entertaining race, only 2 GreenEdge riders fished. Big point also was when Sutton cracked, if he was able to hang on Porte's wheel longer he might have won. Definitely a dark horse for TdU, with Gerrans too.

I rode down to Buninyong today, great day out. Really nice little town, and that climb up Mt. Buninyong looked like quite a killer, especially after 16 times!
Highlight of the day was either catching the cork off Gerrans' champagne , or riding back to Ballarat with Mick Rogers, C.J. Sutton and Adam Hansen.

Same. I knew I should have bet more!
Gerrans was my favourite for the race as it was. One of the best Aussies on the hills, and selected in their TDU lineup so likely to be one of the guys GreenEdge worked for in the race.
Thanks to Crue or whoever it was to give Gerrans such nice odds!

Same thought, stupid that I betted only 5$. Knowing he was the best puncher with best finish and with best early shape and then betting only 5$ after going from 20$ to 30$ and then finally to 5$. Oh well, still a nice start with those great odds indeed

I haven't won a bet in ages, and I don't know why I had this feeling Gerrans was going to win, but I'd better bet on another rider! It's always the same. |

Fantastic comeback ride by Lloyd today, he's a strange, but funny man.

I think it's fair to say that I didn't really do any research before doing the odds |
