How To Use The Season Planner?

Hey everyone,
I just want to know how to use the season planner? If there is a guide or someone can help me here. To start, it says extract your save. First of all, I don't know what a save is and secondly I don't know where to find it. If someone could help me please that'd be great!

The save is the file where your career is saved.
You can find it here: my documents\pcm2011\users\your name\database\solo\name of db\

BTW: The correct place to post this would have been the in the thread of my planner. And the best way to find information is to use the forum search, for example where to find the path of the save has been answered about five trillion times in this forum already.

I think you misunderstood. You wrote that you were not able to find a suitable topic for your question, therefore I told you that there is a post about my planner and how you can find it.
I do not care much about additional posts or threads (but I tend to care less about certain people)
