announcing the start of my new story!! I will still do my Kennaugh story but this is my other pcm joy, plus is a distraction if i dont want to do my Kennaugh for a day. And im all about raising awareness of british cycling.

Goals by sponsor don't count for nothing really. It's not gonna affect the sponsor that much even when you win. Personally for smaller teams you should have your own personal goals what you wanna achieve in the season. Makes the game more interesting and fun.

A stage win a the Crit Dauph will be very hard. I like to try and sticj to the sponsor goals, makes it feel more real for me. I'm more worried about getting wildcards to the Giro and Vuelta...

New Year
My name is Jack, and i am the new DS for Endura Racing.
I will be heading the new publicity project myself.
Here i will keep you updated on all our races, camps, transfers etc.
Throughout the year we will post blogs from various team members and staff, and the GM will give his views quarterly.
We have recieved a number of invitations to races, some of which came as a surpsie, but a nice surprise.
The vast majority of our races will take place in Europe, with only 5 non-european races, 2 of which come in January.
January Scheldule;
Austalian Nationals (Aus)
Tour de San Luis (Arg)
Our team for San Luis is not yet decided, but will be soon.
We aim to just get as many stage wins as possible. If we can end the season with 10 wins as a team we will be happy.
We are currently in negotiations with Endura to extend the contract for a year, but im not hopeful.
We begin our year with a full training camp around Nice in Southern France.
