Is there a field somewhere that is used to determine how many riders you have signed up for next season?
It is January 2012 in my game and I have about 15 of my 30 riders whose contracts expire in 2012 but when I try and renew any of them it says I can't because I am at the 30 rider limit and have to terminate a contract. Which isn't right since I have 15 contracts expiring so I am no where near the limit for 2013, which is when the renewal would be effective.
I extensively edited the save game in late 2011 to bring data over from my PCM10 game. So maybe I messed something up, but can't figure out what. All the contracts for individual riders are expiring correctly in DYN_Contract_Cyclist.
I was at the limit late in the 2011 season, it is like the indicator for that didn't reset.
This is a bug in the game and you cannot edit it.
If I remember correctly you have to wait for a month and then try again.
The other solution would be to fire the worst rider, then renew the contracts, then edit the rider back into your team.

PCM 2009 had this same bug. I wonder why they couldn't fix it for the 2011 version. 2 years seems like it would be enough time to get a small thing like this fixed....
Lance Armstrong for President! Why not have an admitted doper and cheat as president? He would fit in perfectly with all of the lying politicians.
