h´what would you say to build the best team, in pcm?

What I did first was go to edit database and you can see what type of races a team likes and also what calendar they like to use for their races. if your like me I like stage races and grand tours. Teams like Astana, Radioshack, AG2R are these type of teams. Reason i think it effects what type of goals you get from your sponsor. also each team likes a ceertain percentage of riders to be a from a certain country. I like a balanced team

leaders: GC, Cobbles, Hilly
Protected: GC, Cobbles, Hilly, Timetrial, Climber, Sprinter
luxury: GC, Cobbles, Hilly, TT, Climber, CLimber, Sprinter, Fighter
Team: GC, Cobbles, Hilly, TT, Climber, Climber, Sprinter, Fighter
Young: GC, Cobbles, Hilly

Also when you look at the database I looked for riders with potential of 6 or higher, copy them down. Alot of good ones are free agents. I chose from 1981 and younger. Very good list. Takes time but if you want to win these are the actions I took. Hoped this helped bc am fun with the game. and love trying to beat contador
