But this time it's different. Here is the basis...
The riders you make will be for the team, Comcast - Cannondale, the new feeder team for HTC - Highroad. I'd like most riders USA or CAN, but I don't mind if there is a couple Europeans, or Aussies/Kiwis. Now I know you love your young riders, so I will have all riders between, 17 - 23, mostly around 21, 22, but 'd also like a couple oldies around 30 - 35..
The stat limits are as stated below:
- Max FL stat 72
- Max MO stat 70
- Max HIL stat 72
- Max TT stat 68
- Max PRL stat 70
- Max COB stat 70
- Max SP stat 71
- Max ACC stat 72
- Max DH stat 73
- Max FTR stat 75
- Max STA stat 67
- Max RES stat 70
- Max REC stat 66
Now, it looks weak, but I will give everyone nice potentials, and hopefully we can et something good going here. If I'm happy with the outcome of all the riders, I will start a short story, but you have to impress me first!
Also, provide a shirt bio for your rider, it would be great. And there is only 20 spots, so get in quick, and I will reject if your stats are too maxed out...
Have fun!

The young african-american from New York learnt to ride when he was 11, and fell in love with the sport soon after. After riding on the track with his older brother, he developed into a junior star, and a strong time-trialling prospect for the future..

See, this is what I was worried about. Your bio is great, but see my rider? he is a tt-specialist with 67 TT! Your guy has basically amid out all stats, so unless you can edit it, I'm not accepting your rider. I recommend making only one group of stats near the top, eg. sprinting, climbing, puncher, tt... |

Van Gerner started cycling when he was 8 years old and it was immediatly clear he has a great potential to win some classics in the Ardennes when he was old. As he gets older and older he wins every year some races in the hilly classics. When he was 17 he won the Dutch Championships for his age. He would be scouted by the youth development of HTC - Highroad. Now he is old enough to bring some good results in for Comcast - Cannondale!

The Irishman turned Kiwi played football (soccer) in Ireland and when he moved to New Zealand he decided to not partake in rugby (as most kids do) due to his small stature. After meeting Hayden Roulston at the local shops in 2004 aged 10 he took up cycling. Keeping in touch with Hayden landed him a spot on team Comcast- Cannondale where george will look to win some hilly races and also be a loyal domestique. A Hayden Roulston like rider. |

Very nice mate, like your stats and the bio is great. You're in.
EDIT: Can I make him 17, not 16?

This German sprinting prospect only got really interested in cycling when Vinokourov won the last stage of the TDF in 2005.
This pure master effort motivated him to ride a bike himself, and when he found out that he had huge power in his legs, he continued to work hard to become a professional cyclist and to win on the prestigious Champs-Élysées himself one day.

Maxwell Gardella, born in the USA, son of an Italian father, was given his first bicycle at the age of 5. Since then, Gardella's interest in cycling grew bigger, and has been a big fan ever since. He grew seeing Armstrong's Tour de France wins, which make him his biggest idol; back in 2003, after Lance's 5th win, Gardella decided what he wanted to do - be a professional cyclist, and win the Tour de France someday. He began training hard; he later joined some regional cycling clubs, and began winning small races; those small wins, have now turned into a step to glory... as he joins Comcast-Cannondale team for 2011.
