PCM 09 crashes at installation

PCM 09 crashes during installation, when it comes to stage files then stops the installation to work. I have Windows 7

Normally the error message should ask you if you want to try again, skip it or cancel. Did you try again or skip the file?
Or is it another error? If so, please post a picture of the error.
