I just change computers try to reinstall the game but when i get to making a new profile on the new computer it said my player key is invalid. |

1st of all did you check if it realy was the correct key what you typed (look for O = maybe) also check if the game isn't still on the other pc, did you deactivate your key on the other pc, if you didn't do so. |

Your information is wrong, better not post if you have no clue.
You do not need to uninstall the game or deactivate the key. The key is valid for three activation so theoretically you could play on three different computers at the same time.
@ben1111au:
You need to be specific about the error you get. Does it say that it is invalid, expired or even black listed? If it really is invalid, then there must be a typo like YvesStevens suggested.

Huh if you want to instal the key on a 2nd computer you gotta first deactivate on a 1st pc or not....? |

Long time since I installed it the last time. But if I remember right, there are two different keys.
One for the activation and one for the online profile.
Maybe you mixed these two?
The Activation key is like: xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx
The online key like: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

I think I misread you post. You already activated your game and now want to get your profile back, right?
In this case you have to create a new profile all other options in the game do not work. The easiest way is to copy the online-player-key (CTRL+C) then start the game and create a new profile. Then you have to enter the same name as before and paste the key into the box. (CTRL+V).
Do not forget to set the profile as default.
After you did this you can get back your previous career by copying the career saves from your old computer to your new computer. |
