As I can create the categories 1.2 and 2.2 for a more realistic DB?

I've been told that it doesn't work, but you're free to try (STA_UCI_class).

If it does not work almost better not try.
But in past editions it work really?
And one more thing, you can use the categories 1.1 and 2.1 with a Clasifications modified to give less points?

You can modify the UCI / Superprestige points for each race category in the STA_bonus tables.
