Jersey usage in PCM

I was wondering if anyone ever had an inquiry from Cyanide if they were allowed to use your jerseys in the game? I've been playing some career mode for the last few days and some of my jerseys are starting to pop up for some of the teams that get new sponsors. Just out of curiosity: isn't there some legal issue here for them just using them without the creator's permission?

That sounds possible too, already found it weird that they'd be in the actual game. Still, the matter of being asked beforehand remains. Would have been nice.

cyanide used the jerseys made by the community only if they submitted them in a topic on cyanide. These fantasy's also don't have real sponsors on them so if you see jerseys with real sponsors then it's because they were in a database you've installed.
I don't know the system used by pcmdaily db team to choose the jerseys though.
Probably just good jerseys they found.

Sorry, devnl, but if we were to ask everyone, who makes stuff for PCM, whether we could use their stuff, we wouldn't have time for anything else than that - asking.
