Sponsor question

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 15-09-2011 PCM$: 200.00	Sorry if this has been asked before, but I just lost my own custom sponsor and I had to choose between 3 new sponsors. However, how do I know which one is good? I just randomly chose one and it gave me a really low budget, even though my previous sponsor was pretty satisfied with my goals. Do you absolutely need a negotiator to even be able to see how much the potential new sponsor will offer you? Any help appreciated. Of course, I can keep editting my file but I'd like to enjoy the gaming element as well...
