BOTTONS DISAPPEAR

I have a problem really frustrating, I have got pro cycling managaer 2007, and in the 3d career mode, the actions buttons(attack, information,camara, sound...) dissapear and appear, it's depend of the camera moving, but is imposible play the game. My laptop is on 2009 and I can play the game with grafical element full, but this problem don´t disappear. I look for in all forums, and I found two persons that had the same problem, but don´t nobody solve it.
