Hey guys, i know your not my personal army or anything or something but could you help me with my Assignment to do with cycling. We got given this:
Task is to create a business plan for your business.
You will need to.
a) Create a business name
b) Choose a idea that your business is going to produce/do and what the expense will be.
c) Estimate what resources you require and their expense.
d) Prepare a budget for your business
e) Investigate your employees’ entitlements
f) Create packaging[or in my case, a jersey] for your product
g) Prepare a marketing strategy
h) Design packaging, posters and avdertising
I need some help with working out the budget, because i dont have too much idea.
I know i need money for:
Employees'
Riders
Cars
licenses
but could someone help me with some more and how much all that would cost? My roster should be pretty good, i plan on having a exceptional team with having riders that i wouldnt be able to get eg. Mark Cavendish, Cadel Evans ect ect. I want my roster to be Dope free, so yeah. does anyone know how much a budget would be to start up this team and i would need?
I'm not sure of an exact price, but Team Type 1 or Garmin (Tiaa - Cref) would probably be good examples of starting from nowhere and making it big.
Unless you're a millionare it would be extremely hard to start up a team already at the top of cycling. You'd need a lot, and I think the PT licsense cost something too!
