Question about Stage Editor

Hi, this is maybe a stupid question but is it correct that with the Stage Editor that comes with the game you can only make new stages and not edit the ones that come with the game or any of the DBs?

Yes, that's right. To edit a stage you need a .zces file, which you don't have for the official stages.
