There are some startlists which have been done by other users, these can be downloaded. Look in the forum and the download section.
Startlists belong to a DB so you only can use the startlists, if you play with the same DB.
Startlists only work in single race mode.
If you want to make startlists yourself, then you have to give the correct name. You can look up the names of all races in the database (STA_race -> gene_sz_variant_name)

if im in career mode and im heading to the tour de france for example, how do i then find the startlist with all the riders on it?
I guess he means the exported full startlist You have to push "space" during a stage in 3d-mode, there you can see the startlist of this current stage/race.. on the right side there's a "export" button, there you can choose "export startlist".. you will find this startlist in you documents/PCM/exports/startlist-folder!
