Difference between normal and hard

I've been playing on normal for a long time and I'm happy with the way thinks are working out at the moment. The only thing that bugs me is that I don't get sprint trains on normal. I've played through 1 season now and I've yet to see a single sprint train. Even though I've raced only in Conti-races I've not seen a single one. Not even when HTC was there with their entire top team, including Cav.

I've heard that you might experience the trains if you were to go up to hard. Since this was a big selling point I'de like to see it, even though I think having to move up to a difficulty that doesn't suit me just to experience a fundemental part of the game is complete bogus! To me, it's the same as saying "You can't use the sprint button unless you play on extreme".

I'm wondering, how big is the difference between normal and hard? As mentioned, I feel that normal suits me well, I get a decent amount of wins without dominating at all. The problem is just that I'm so sick and tired of seeing 20 sprinters just in a huge bunch all side by side!

The difference is pretty small imo. Maybe 2% higher stats for AI riders.
You can still get 50-60 wins on hard with a PT team.

I play on normal and have seen sprint trains even though they are not that big. I recommend dealing, because I fail on hard, but thats just me.
