I played PCM 2007 a real long time and this year i decided to buy the PCM 11 game. when i play manager mode, i' ve seen there are some changes and so i got a few questions.
I hope you guys can help me with it.
1. In PCM 2007, you had in the first section your mail, sponsors objectives, sponsor search page and a personal one. My question is, in the 2011 game, is there also a personal page, where it keeps your team results, where you could gain points to make your manager skils better, and where you could change teams ? Especially the last one, is this still possible or do you get offers ?
2. Not knowing the new budget rules, i started the game by contracting some free riders. Now i've seen my budget goes in red and every month i get a message that i must go in positive because otherwise i go bankrupt. i played a season i and stayed in red for the whole season. So is this a bug that you can't go bankrupt ?
3. the sponsors give you an amount of money (420.000 for example) for the season. Can this change after the season or stays it the same? Because how could you give more wages to your riders if always stays the same?
I like the game a lot and i think the visuals are great, gameplay is cool, but i really liked the manager mode from pcm 2007 and i think a lot changed since then and i 'm looking to experience the same excitement but it is not easy if you not understand the new manager mode. I don't get the new budget financial mode, so if someone has time, could they explain something to me about this theme?
1. There is no longer a personal page. I think the skills never had any influence, so was totally rubbish. You don`t get offers, but if your sponsor ends you must look for new sponsors, if you don`t find one then you get 1 of 3 low budget sponsors, but the team keeps the same. Changing just possible in the editor I think. At least I never experienced a bankrupt with my team.
3. 420.000 is supposed to be paid every months I think. And as long as the sponsor keeps the same, you have the same budget. It just changes if you find a new sponsor or co sponsor.

So it is not possible to start a game with Sky for example and moving to AG2R after 2 seasons or so? You can't change teams anymore during a career ?
If that is indeed so, then i think this is one major fault of the makers. I liked it enormously that i could take a team to the top and after a season or 3 i did a move to another team to try the same.
