I know that in previous edition, you could make a custom tour with races who already exits, i want to combine the heavy stages of Giro, Tour and Vuelta into one big tour. Any help?

You will have to edit the stages in STA_stage. Copy the stages from the races and paste them over the ones you don't want to use in e.g. the Tour de France. |

Not if you make a backup of the stage files of the TdF before you do what CrueTrue said |

You can, but if you want to have a proper field attending the race, you have to make some rather complicated edits or make a startlist (which can only be used in Single Race mode). |
