I have a custom team and my main sponsor has a contract till 0 years?
Also the budget is $0 a year.

Did you create a team with the editor or in the game. If you did it with the editor, then you need to add a sponsor to your team. Else you need to fix the sponsor.
Both can be done using an editor. The tables you might have to edit are DYN_team and DYN_sponsor. And maybe DYN_manager to fix you bank account. |

I used the PCM fast editor and I have a first and second sponsor. I can't see a DYN_team or DYN_manager table in it |

I don't know that editor, but look for team and manager, should not be too hard to find these tables as they are among the most common tables one want to edit. |

Go to the DYN_sponsor table. Search your sponsor and co-sponsor there. Add a contract end year to these sponsors. That should fix it.

If the manager table is empty, then you are not editing your save.
You need to fix the save if you want to continue your career. |

You're not editing the save-game, you're editing the DB.
Save-games are in My Docs/PCM/Database/Solo/DB Name |
