Hey everyone!
does anyone know if theres a way to edit a saved game? I just had the most terrible stage ever. In the last stgae i made a break with Matthew Lloyd and he won by 3 minutes and i was up 50 seconds in the GC. Then in the last stage Sagan (2nd place) made a break and got about a minute on me. Aswell to top that off, the whole team except for two riders (Lloyd & Santambrogio) dropped back but as I was so anxious with Lloyd (because it would've been my first GC win ever) and they fully dropped back and lost 15 minutes and there all like last now.
So is there any way i can delete a stage from a saved game and play it again? thanks!

Moved outside the story section. Next time please check where you open a new thread.
Also this was already answered many times. Use the search function next time.
In short, just use one of the editors in the download section and open your savegame with it. |

But to answer the question:
You can do what you asked for but it would take much time and chances are high, that you mess it up. Anyway, the results of the races are in DYN_classification_race and the results of the stage in DYN_classification_stage, so first undo the results from the actual day for all races (unless you don't mind the other results), then delete the results of the stage. Finally set the date back in GAM_config, but don't forget to fix the fkIDstage_current and fkIDstage_last.
(I will not explain in more detail, not even if you ask me through PM)
I think it would be easier to load a backup, even if this would mean to play more then one stage again. |

Thanks lachi. I probably will mess it up. :/
Guys i don't even know where the hell I put this thread in nor do i know how the hell it got there so don't complain if no ones gonna tell me how i put a thread in a section.
Does it really matter what section it's in anyway?

Surely it does, what do you think are the sections for?
To post in the right section (or sub-forum). Go into that sub-forum, then click the "New Thread" button. It is not that hard. |
