Simple; what do you see as the best and worst aspect of PCM?
Worst: The amazing lack of depth within the manager part. I mean, you can't even decide to leave your job, for me a career here is more about the team you choose and not about you as a director.
It's a big one, but it's hard to decide which part is worse within the whole manager aspect. At the moment the game should be called PCR (Pro Cycling Racer).
Best: I would say the climbs, the long ones. Even this is hard to choose because I don't feel that there's a single part of the game that doesn't need improving. I don't mean that in the sense that "nothing is ever perfect", I mean it as "there's so much improvement to be done"!
Definitely better the visual aspect, that is undeniable.
About the worst thing ... there are several things. No contract to sign runners, you do not make offers other teams to change and some things related to the manager.
But undoubtedly the worst, and where more Cyanide boys have to work is the tactical part in the race. Not being able to apply almost any of the actual tactics used in cycling's real frustrating.
But overall it's a great game and people from communities as pcmdaily, make it even better.

What do you mean cant use tactics? stop playing stupid extreme, put form en daily form on.
dont play with contador or schleck.
You can use real tactics to win. i cant wait till last mount to win with wiggans or gesink or menchov, cause conta or schleck or evans is to strong

Game "extreme" because "difficult" easy win almost every time. In many of my games in "difficult" it is normal to 1, 2 and 3 in many stages. That does not seem real and I play in "extreme." But in "extreme" it is impossible or very difficult, real tactics.
Yeah, very sharp the problem is that much difference between "hard" and "extreme" or so I see it. I seek not to create any controversy or say that the game is bad. This is a thread where say the best and worst of pcm2011 and I say, for me, the worst thing is the tactical aspect of the game.
I like the graphics and the autocoloring is a very nice addition aswell for someone like me. I always create a custom team with the editor, it saves me the time of recoloring my own frames.
Worst aspect? I absolutely hate the 'solid riders'. It made the game worse imo. In sprints, you get blocked, in mountain stages, you get blocked. You get blocked anywhere, most of the time even by either my own lead-out train, or just the team mate that's protecting me. In mountain stages, i even had the problem of being dropped because of it. Someone completely ran out of energy in front of me and took me out the back with him, there was nothing i could do about it.
