Help with evolution of the cyclists

Hello again boys. Someone knows since the evolution of the cyclists can change once begun the game?

I refer to 0.1,0.5,0.8,1 ... that is chosen on having chosen the economic difficulty of the game.

I'm not really sure if I understand the question, but I try to answer:
the evolution speed can not be changed during a carrer ingame, but with an editor, therefore download e.g. lachis editor (you can find it in the download section of this page), open your savegame with it, go to DYN_manager and change the value for "coeff_f_carac_evolution", then export you savegame
