Maybe your graphic-settings are to high for your pc/laptop? Try set everything as low as posiible and try again.

You need to give more information.
Can you still play the game? Can you still load your career?
Does it happen if you play 3D stages? If yes, then lower the graphical options |

I can still play the game and career as well, so I will try it with lower graphics and let you know whether its fixed or not. |

The price of your computer really does not matter.
This would be the official statement:

Memory crash at the end of a stage
On a 32 bit application, Windows doesn't authorize a memory consommation above 1,8 Go of RAM. As Pro Cycling Manager 2011 uses the maximum of the graphic capacities, it can sometimes reach this limit. This generates crashes when the application runs with overestimated options. Reducing the graphic config is the only way to solve the problem.
Here are the principal reasons of memory overconsommation :
-overestimated option (with 'force graphic options' on)
-activating 'one texture per cyclist'
-using non official stages
-using non official graphical elements.
-playing in multiplayer mode
