adding new continent

I'm trying to add a new continent but it won't work properly.

I've add East-Asia with ID 12. Put on the good String ID and configure STA_TGA properly BUT in game I don't see my new continent.

What step do I forget ?

I change the tables
STA_newrider_continent
STA_TGA
STA_newrider_area for my new zone.

I've already add new scouting zone in existing continent without any problems.

LOCAL.CDB

I changed the tables:

STA_TGA
STA_localized_string.

What's wrong with my new continent ?
I did a test by changing an existing continent.
I replace the italy continent by East-Asia and it work properly.
