Stage editor cobbles on profile

I´ve made a stage with cobble in, and I´ve checked the box with cobbles in the editor i use. Infact I replaced my stage with an existing one, and just changed the primary things such as lenght of the stage etc.
my problem is that the cobbles doesnt show up in the profile of the stage.
Anyone who can tell me why?
