Focus, get it right?

Has anyone had any trouble with Focus Home Entertainment, i wanted the game re-sent to me because i lost the game on my laptop, i sent them a copy of my payment from paypal as proof but they keep sending me Pcm 2009 which is not what i want, three time now :/

has anyone else been annoyed by the Focus Entertainment support service?
