national teams creation

what is the usage of creating national teams in a pack ?

When I release my pack 2009 and 2010 for PCM 2007 I never create/update those teams because we can't put any riders into these team.

What is the usage of creating and mainting those teams ?

Uhm ... National Teams are stored in DYN_national_team and are used during the World Championship and Youth Races.

Well, Not for PCM 2007. »These teams are stored into DYN_team.

If I understand correctly,
we have to add national teams. For example France Team with ID 200.
and in DYN_cyclist add ID_national_team 200 to all french riders.

If they are choose for world championships, they'll be on the team.

Am I right ?

Are we talking about PCM11 now?

If so, you should not add national teams to DYN_team unless you want them to be playable during career/single races. Also, riders are automatically picked for their national team, so you shouldn't be editing national team stuff in DYN_cyclist.

No I'm talking on PCM 2007. Sorry for the confusion.

Which is the thread in the PCM11 forum then?

I don't remember anything about the PCM07 DB, but I can only assume that the teams are there for a reason.
