problem with installing and crash

i deleted my game and i want to reinstall but when after i choose those two maps, i click on Install but then i get next message "interne fout: failed to expand shell folder constant 'userdocs'" interne fout means internal mistake. does anybody know what is wrong? Thanks a lot

How did you "delete" the game? If you did not uninstall it, then you might need to manually delete the installation folder before you can install again.
The installation folder should be here: C:\program files\

I think i deleted it right cause the folder 'Cyanide' is empty. I deleted it in 'deleting programs' in configuratiescherm (i dont know how to say it in english)

Folder looks good and you uninstalled it correctly.
Restart your computer, and try again. |

I restarted my computer but It didn't work. I still get the same report. What do you recommend me to do? |

I made a new account on my pc and installed the game there. Then I went to my first account and played the game there. But after a couple of days in carriere mode, the game crashes. That's why i tried to install the game on another pc to see if it's something with my PC or not. When trying to install the game on the other pc, i got the same exact message when clicking on Install: " interne fout: failed to expand shell folder constant "userdocs" " Does the one has something to do with the other and what is exactly wrong. It would be very friendly if someone helped me out!! |

If it happens on more then one computer, then you should try to clean the DVD. |

If you cannot install it on two computers using the same DVD then the DVD is broken or dirty. Clean it with a towel (with your hands, not the computer or mouse or whatsoever). |
