Good day all and thanks for reading.
I'm new to PCM, however i know a lot about cycling.
Anyway, i've been playing PCM 2011 for about 3 weeks now, and i'm doing very well.
But what really frustrates me, are these names..
Such as
''Gulbert''
''Evens''
''Schlick''
I have tried PCM Fast Editor, but i really have no clue how to use it.
As i said i'm completely new to PCM.
I'd really appriciate it if anyone tells me how to change these names to the original ones.
Thankyou.
Salvatore. |

Hey you need to: 1st change the names, then save the file in a name you want in the database folder of pcm 2011 normally it's here: Program files/cyanide/pcm2011/database. then go to the game and choose options then go to database and click on your saved file |

@YvesStevens: You really should not post if you don't want to give GOOD instructions.
@Salvatore: The game comes with an editor. Use that if you only want to change names. If you want to use the FAST editor, look here for some informations: https://pcmdaily.c...d_id=18024
But somebody already did the work of changing all the names of the riders, the teams and the races, look here: https://pcmdaily.c...hp?did=821

@Lachi, thanks for the link, should i just overwrite that over the 'standard' database located in program files>cyanide>procyclingmanager>datababase?
Thanks a lot. |

The file needs to be here: My documents\PCM2011\Database
Make a backup of the standard-database in case you don't like the downloaded DB.
BTW: Did you already install the latest patch: https://www.cyanid...amp;t=8475
If not, install the patch, start the game, quit the game, then install the downloaded DB into the mentioned folder. |

Hmm, if i look into my documents\PCM2011 ,
i don't see 'database'
I just see:
Config(folder with some things inside)
Databaseeditor(^)
Editor(^)
users(^)
and a few readme's,
thanks for your time ;] |

Did you install the patch and the fix as mentioned in the thread from Cyanide? (Read the whole english text in that thread) If yes, then create the folder manually. |

@YvesStevens: What is your problem, really?
He was playing the game, so obviously he did install it completely and correctly.
That folder should be added by the patch but many people reported that they had to add it manually. |
