Buy new mobile phone, tips?

My mobilephone died eariley today, rip.
But I was not really satisfied with it anyway, samsung wave s8500.
So instead of trying to send it and repair it I´m thinking of buying a new one.
So the question is if anyone has a good tip?

Looking a bit at Samsung Galaxy S2
Anyone have experience of that one?

Other tips is appreciated!

If I were to buy a phone today, it'd be the Galaxy S2. By reviewers, it's said to be the best phone available at the moment.

I don't have much experience with it. I've tried it out in some stores - you should too if you haven't already. The screen is a lot larger than the one on your Samsung Wave, so that might be a deal-breaker for you. Either way, try it out before-hand.

If you're looking for a smaller mobile, there's the HTC Desire S, the follow-up to the very popular HTC Desire, and the HTC Incredible S, which is slightly larger than Desire S.

Also the Samsung Wave`s seems to be fine. At least it`s working without problems for me. Wink

Edit: Forget about this post if you weren`t that satisfied.
I just have some friends with a wave, too and all are saying just positives about it.

Just have one more question;
Some kind of protection to the screen like Invisible shield, do you guys have it? And is it good?

I still have an old stick phone. I think we're coming up on a ten year anniversary...Maybe I'll get a tin box for it.

On topic, I've heard great things about Galaxy S2.
