Ive 2 questions:
1. Ive a cyclist (kirchen) with contract ending this year. When Im offering a new one he want to wait until July. Is there any chance to extend contract or that kind of cyclist always leave team? Year before I had the same situation and my cyclist was refusing every proposal.
2.Ive a very bad China cyclist with 2 years contract. Which table I must to change to short his contract?

1. If they refuse every contract proposal than you are losing him.
2. to shorten his contract you need to go to dyn_contract_cyclist and then search for the number of the contract from your rider (its listed in dyn_cyclist => column fkIDteam) and then edit the lengt in gene_i_contract_end.
If you use lachi's editor . You could open your savegame . choose cyclist. => team filter => click on plus of the cyclist you want to change and their you should see also dyn_contract_cyclist

One time one of my guys kept saying that, but I said that his contract was my priority and after that I offered him a contract with maximim money and he accepted. |

The problem is you can only say it once per season if that rider is your priority. So you could change his contract lengt by using an editor if you really really want to keep him. |

A possble solution for the rider who doesn´t want to renew:
Edit his contract length and then search for cyclist_i_future (or similar) in DYN_cyclist and set 4 (i´m very unsure here, just check the number of a rider that still has a contract in the next year, not of a rider who resigned).
There may be other colums and tables you have to edit, but try it out and don´t forget to make a copy before

the number of cyclist_i_future is 6 i believe  => the number will be 4 if he's leaving or has no contract at the end of the season. You need to set it to 6 if you want him to stay
