Problem making a story with 2/3 stars teams

Hi,
It´s impossible to make one story with a small team:
I choose Team Merchxx. Indeed I choose easy to have more money than the salaries.
The sponsor give me 40.000€ and the team salaries are around 36.500€. The problem is with mi Personal (trainers,...). Their salaries are 50.000€.
It´s impossible to continue one story with mare than -40.000€ every month...
Any solution? I have installed everything (Patch, Fixes,...)

Open DYN_manager with an editor and change finan_i_solde to whatever you want. To have a higher budget in the next season, open DYN_sponsor, search your one and edit value_i_budget to any amount you need.

I have Hannes 2009 and the DYN_manager is empty. Do I have to create one manager, choose the team,....
About the staff, it´s given to you at the start of the season...

Try Lachi´s Editor or another one for PCM2011
Edit: It only works for savegames.

Sorry another time....
I have made one new season and i have installed the Lanchis Editor.
I openned in Lanchis my database and in the manager button is also empty... |

If anything, edit and lower the coaches' salaries.
DYN_coaches for trainers
DYN_scouts for scouts
DYN_physicians for doctors
Their wages, signing bonuses, contract length (as well as abilities) are all there.

I have practiced with Hannes and the DYN_coaches.
I change the values, the year contract, the team and i think the salary.
The courious thing is that the year and the team changes, but not the values of each coach and the salaries...
Last Help, please!

As someone else said, you should not use Hannes Editor/Converter. Use an editor that's compatible with PCM11, e.g. PCM Fast Editor or Lachi's Editor. |

In the Lachi´s Editor, i find the same problem.
I open DYN_coach and I can´t put the salary I want. If I put the popularity = 1, the salary is very low, but their values also turn down... |

You have to edit YOUR staff. First sign a contract with a coach/scout then edit them.
And you have to edit your save game, not the DB. |
