friends
i have added australian national champ custom jersey to files...along with obviously standard custom jersey. now the custom jersey works 100% all throughout the game. i begin a career, win the aust champs and for some reason my rider isnt wearing the national jersey i added to the files in his next race
i cant see it being a db problem. i looked there to ensure the champ boxes are ticked and indeed they are. i cant see it being a file problem as like i said my standard jersey works fine
any ideas out there? id really appreciate it. i should add that my rider won the road and tt champs if that may make a difference. but id think he should be wearing the aust champs jersey i added nonetheless

sure did mate. and even weirder - one of the past national winners has yellow/green around the sleeves indicating he is a past champ. but the current champ dont have the full national jersey on. just odd

I'm not too sure, but if you notice the Current National Champions bit that may be what you have to do. I'm sorry thats my only option since I dont have the game and haven't been able to test things like that out.

hmmm that is worth a look the gene_i_champion number. now - is this column in the local db or the saved do you know? i have checked out a db i have access to at work and couldnt find the column. i only see the national jerseys column. so that would lead me to think that maybe its the local that this column is found in

Well it seems if you have the boxes ticked and it isn't working it must be an issue with the jersey.
Does it have the right name, in the right folder, the right file and size, did you rename the other jersey or delete it?
And it should be in both the db and the save, but not the Local as far as Im aware.

im at work and have the daily exp db on the system...so checked that out and couldnt find that column anywhere. could only find the champion jersey column. anyways...i know that my rider has the current national jersey selected in my saved db from career. hence my wondering
right name - check. right folder - check. right file and size - check. like i said, the standard jersey works fine and the previous nat champ has national colours around his sleeves so everything must be correct for that to happen. when you say rename other jersey or delete it, what other jersey do you refer to? if the original cyanide one, its been replaced with custom maillot. so i have c00_maillot and c00_maillot_aus in files

ah thats a bit of a bugger. his numbers check out in that column. i really thought that would have been in valverde. my head is really starting to hurt from the scratching haha
