PCM2007 crashes during TDF

Hi guys,
I'm playing career in PCM2007 with asmod Pack 2010 v2. Im in the beginning of tour de france now, and so far there were no major problems during all season.
Now I have serious problem with TDF.
It started with 1st stage (Monaco time trial), i couldnt neither simulate it nor make 3D race - in both cases the game would crash. I read on the board that someone had similar problem with Giro d'Italia, and he decreased number of teams participating using Hanness convereter, and so did I. I erased all continental teams from the start list. It helped only with simulation of the time trial because I still couldnt play 3D. Anyway, I simulated this stage. The same happened with 2nd and 3rd stage.

Then there is 4th stage (TTT). It always crashes when I simulate it, but I can play 3D. The problem is that when the stage finishes, nothing happens. I mean, the game stays in the race and doesn't continue to the results screen. The only thing I can do is to quit to main menu. When I do so, the game crashes...

any idea? any help?

PS when I play TDF on single race mode there are no problems with simulation/3D race...

Suppose to work properly without a modified DB.
Have you made some change ?
I did about 7 different careers and all works fine.
