will there be an Australian team next Tour de France?
will Cadel Evans be a member of this team?
any recommended websites about aussie cycling?
sorry about too many questions because i'm a newbie about cycling.
cycling is not a popular sport in Australia as in Europe.
maybe change since Cadel Evans won TdF as Armstrong did for USA.
cheers

will Cadel Evans be a member of this team? Not next year, he's not changing teams any time soon
any recommended websites about aussie cycling? I'll let an Aussie answer that one.

It wouldnt be better for Evans.
He is finally in a team that works well for him, switching to a new team, that would not be as strong in the Grand Tours, would not be a good move right now.

SBS Cycling Central has all the best info, for a medium fan like me. And Cycling has been popular in Australia for a while, just hasn't entred into the mainstream. All the news reports about Cadel's win showed how much we have to learn; however we have produced many good riders in recent times, such as Rogers (triple time trial world champion), McEwen, O'Grady, Cooke and of course Evans. Grady has signed with GreenEDGE, he's a former four-time runner up to the green jersey, winner of Paris-Roubaix, and arguebly the most tactically astute mind in the peleton.
If you want to get to grips with cycling, stay up late and watch the Vuelta on SBS, live through September. They're doing a really great job!
GreenEDGE 100%
