Is it possible to create startlists before starting a career? i want the teams to use this startlists when they are nominating their riders for a race in the carreer and to pretermine the races they are starting and the races they don't.
i've started a few careers but in all of them their's something that's annoying me e.g.: - contador doesn't start at the giro
- teams like saur-sojasun do start in down under, while all australian teams even don't submit a request for a wildcard
- team leopard doesn't start at the tour of luxembourg
- quick step and sometimes also ag2r don't start at the giro
and so on...
so is it possible somehow to create a startlist naming the races the teams should race and maybe even the riders the are designating to the races?

You cannot use startlists in the career due to obvious reasons, some of them being:
- Most races in your career are in the future so you cannot use real-life lists anyway.
- It would be boring the have the same start list every year.
- The AI is there for a reason.
- The teams change during your career.
Of course you could change it in your save by editing DYN_team_race. But it is pointless because without good form and good helpers even Contador cannot win. So you would need to do the full race planing of the AI teams and also edit the training schedules of the important cyclists. It would take days to do it properly so I think it would be stupid to even try it.
Is it solved differently in PCM2011? I'm thinking about buying the new game, but don't want to get the same annoyances in terms of startlists (especially Down Under, Giro and minor races) as mentioned below...
