Hey everyone!
i have got my jersey all ready to go but i cant get it into the game!!
i have looked at this guide (https://www.pcmdaily.com/articles.php?article_id=91) but i didn't find it anywhere in there.

mate i was in your boat for a while so maybe ill outline it as simple as i can in the steps that i did it. im still a newbie and this worked for me...so hopefully it helps i saw you posted a while ago and that link might not have helped too much being a bit outdated these days. so ill try
first thing though - backup your existing files as you are going to need to overwrite some. also - do you have all the files you need? tga and dds files. and they need to be in right size. i believe the maillot tga files is to be 556-557kb. someone can correct me on this if i am incorrect
you will see in Cyanide/PCM/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team there are a ton of folders and if you scroll down, you will find folders c0 - c19. these are custom jersey folders (Cyanide ones) that can be overwritten to include your own
so let's say you are going to use folder c0 to put your jersey in. rename all your jersey files so they begin with c0. for example - your maillot file will be "c0_maillot" etc
1 - Cyanide/PCM/3D/Cyclist/Cloth/Team/c0 - paste all your 3D files (at the very least you need maillot and transfert files. you also may have bottle, gloves etc etc. paste whatever you have and overwrite current c0 files. this includes national shirts and leader shirts as well). these will be your .tga files (not Gui - logo and minilogo)
2 - Cyanide/PCM/Gui/Team/Logo - paste your renamed c0 over the existing c0 file (.tga file)
3 - Cyanide/PCM/Gui/Team/minilogo...making sure to rename your file c0_minilogo (.tga file)
4 - Cyanide/PCM/Gui/Team shirt - this will be a .dds file that you need to rename exactly as the existing c0 file is and then overwrite
i did all this once and the shirts didnt show up. i had to restore original folders before doing this all over again...exactly the same way...and voila there they were. so i can vouch that those steps above have worked for me
i have written this at work and naming the folders off the top of my head. i am fairly confident (the folder names i am referring to within Gui and 3D) they are correct but i am sure either one you will find what i am referring to very easily or two someone will correct me on here very quickly
best of luck mate! well worth it once they are in the game

First make sure that you have the jersey saved as .tga 32-bit NON-Compressed file.
Second thing is, if you want to use a jersey for a custom team, save the file as c00_maillot. When choosing a jersey in career mode, choose the first one(Cyanide, red/black/white). Then go to where you have PCM installed, e.g(Crogram Files/Cyanide/PCM11/3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team/c00, and replace the c00_maillot with yours.
For NC jerseys you have to save the files as c00_maillot_xxx, where xxx is the abrevation for the country, e.g c00_maillot_esp, c00_maillot_fra, etc.
For World Champions - c00_maillot_world, World ITT champions - c00_maillot_world_itt

hey guys, this may sound weird but i cant find a cyanide folder. i go into my documents which is where the game is and it only has a Pro Cycling Manager folder. I open that and it has these files: Config (doesnt have any other folders in there), database (which has the databases but nothin else), editor (with nothing), Gui (which has the country flags but thats all), Users (which has me) and thats all. I cant find any Cyanide, 3D, Cyclists or Cloth folders anywhere. Even when i searched.. :/ |

Have you used the "search" function? The folders must exist.
Search for "PCM" or "grmx_bottle". Then you should be able to find the folder.
