I have also a question about trains I use Flecha betw. 10 km - 3 km, than a good sprinter who begins the sprint, but do i have to wait until the sprinter has no red anymore or do I have to sprint with Hagen earlier?

You have to wait until the other sprinters behind you go, or when it's 1.5 KM -- 0.7 KM depending on the wind.

If your sprinter is running out of red before you get to actually sprinting, your burning up way too much energy getting to the 3k point. Your sprinters red bar should be full entering the 3k sprint, and ideally your lead out should be very close to full.
Normally I have something like this (5 person train).
18K form up, get the train in line, set the first of 5 to follow someone near the front.
12k 1st person goes on dot ~90.
When his red bar is almost out second person on dot, has to get to 4k mark.
4k 3rd rider on dot 99.
3k 3rd rider sprint.
Lead out sprint when 3rd rider red is almost out.
Sprinter sprint ~1.4k, if uphill or strong winds, wait as long as you can before sprinting.
If it is an uphill finish for the last few K, I will normally add a 6th rider to train.
Also as a note, Flecha may be bad to run at the front of a train for that long, his flat (PL) ability is very high, and he can hurt your other riders very easily. Flecha on dot 90 probably means other riders are having to be around 95 and having to use a lot of redbar to keep up.
