Problem with the Graphics

Hi,
the database is just awesome! I had a lot of fun!
But now i got some problems:

Seems like there are some problems with the bikes and helmets?

Plz help me fix it!

Other people did have the same problem. I suggested to remove the game and the pcm 2011 folder in %appdata% but it did not help all the time.

(%appdata% not my documents)
