who makes use of training camps? Who long does the effect remains on the cyclists? Smile Does it really help you ?

In the beginning i used training camps. But now i don't because they are like cheating. Ai doesn't use them. Usually the effect remains for 3-4 weeks but your rider gets tired of doing them. So my opinion don't use them Wink

I use them for pre-season only, the others feel too much like cheating

I sometimes use the pre-season, but the others i feel (like the others) is a bit to much cheating..
