strange problem

i have a strange problem and i have no idea what causes it? everytime i create a custom team, and play through a season, without any warning or sacking etc my team changes to Robauix-Lille-Metropole. i use the pcmdaily v1 database, no changes at all. any ideas?

Edit : i still have the same riders from my original custom team.
