Recently, my game has crashed shortly after I click on '3D race' when the game is trying to read the stream. It gets about half way and crashes. It has happened ever since I downloaded the Nos Legendés Db. about 2 days ago.

Does it also crash if you click on the races in the calendar? If so, you have obviously installed the DB wrong and the stage files are missing. |

For some races it did, I clicked on about 10 races and everything was fine, but when I clicked the Strade-Bianchi it crashed, so i'd say some races files may be. Should I re-install the game? Because installing this Db involves replacing the Gui and 3d files in the main folder (I backed them up)

You would need to find out if it only crashes on stages which have been added by the DB. If this is true, then something went wrong when you installed the DB.
Or just install the DB again and make sure to install it into the CORRECT folder. Using a french DB could make it install into the French game folder instead of the English one you have on your computer. The English folder should be something like this: C:\Program Files(x86)\Pro Cycling Manager 2011\ |

No, I'm not even using the Db, every stage crashes. As I said, I had to move the original Gui and 3d files and replace them with the new ones from the 'Nos Legendés' Db, and I cant find my original 3D folder an am not sure which is my original Gui. Beforehand, I had original Gui and different 3d files and the game worked fine (Not the new Db) but I replaced the Gui and now its not working. So should I just un-install the game and re-install it? And that will delete all my saves and Db's too won't it?

Uninstalling will not delete your saves or other stuff. |

During the uninstall process you are asked if you want to deactivate. Sadly, I cannot remember what you have to answer. Maybe you find the information if you search the forum. (using the search function at the left)
To install you need the installation files. If you deleted them, then you have to download again. But the links are in the mail you received. It could be that the links are outdated. In this case you have to ask for new links. So check that first. |

In the official forum there was a post with the official contact address, sadly that forum is down for a while now. Try this addy:
Send it from the e-mail address you used to order the game.

Yesterday, I clicked un-install to see what would hapen, it started un-installing (I hadn't found my activation key at this point) so, I shut down my computer. Upon restarting, this game was non-existant. All the files were there, but no game.
How do I re-install?!

when uninstalling it will ask you as lachi said do you want to deactivate just click exit and it will uninstall without deactivating it.
then when you reinstall you wont have to activate it again .
you only get so many activations best not to waste them if you do then i say you would just contact support and they should help you out .
you allways save the installation files to a place it cant get wiped out or deleted by mistake to a cd or a hard drive not conected to main drive cause if your pc crashes and the start up get corrupted then you loose every thing and have to download it all again thats worse case scenario..
p.s how did you install it if you didnt activate it puzzles me ?? i thought you had to activate it to play ?
how did you install it the first time ?? the files where did you save them? did you delete them? if not then they must be still on your pc some where ?
do a search of your pc for the files .
