I am thinking about reinstalling PCM2011 before I install the PCMDaily DB. I know this might be a daft question, but how do I go about installing it? I have only ever installed it right after purchasing it, and I don't remember any link or something (Alzheimers, you know).
Also, if I don't reinstall the game, but simply start using the PCMDaily DB when it's finished downloading (8 hrs left), what problems might occur? I haven't done any editing what so ever, all I've done is start a career with a custom team, I didn't even use a custom shirt, but one that was allready in the game. Will there still be problems? |

Normally you should do it like this:
- Install the game
- Install the patch
- Install the DB
The game is already installed, so install the patch, if you have not done it already. Then start the game once. Now you are ready to install the DB.
You only have to reinstall the game if you did install another DB before (except pcm daily v0.5).

I have used the PCMFrance V07 DB. So, when I uninstall the game, i have to go to my email and use the download-link I got there along with the codes? Is this correct. |

If you deleted the downloaded files, then yes, you have to download them again. But in this case you should install the DB without uninstalling first. If it works, then you saved some time. Just don't forget to install the patch first.
You do not need the activation code if you do not deactivate the game when uninstalling. (and don't reactivate it after installing)
Maybe you have to create your user profile in the game again. In this case, just create a new one using the same name and e-mail addy as the first time.

I'm just "borrowing" this thread. I can't play in 3D-mode after installing the game. I installed the v.05-->v.1, because I already had the v.05 installed. Now I think, that reinstalling would be the best option, but I have one problem; I only have one activation key left, and I'm also going to use one for my "good" computer, when I get it back from repair. And my second problem is, that I deleted the downloaded files, because I needed more space on the computer. |

if you uninstall do as Lachi says and do not deactivate existing key, so when you install the existing key on your machine will be still valid and you still have 1 use left for you key for your "good computer". |

I just explained how to re-install the game without having to re-activate.
And downloading should not be problem, you were able to do it before. |

I didn't delete anything, I still have all the download files.
It's about 3-4 hours untill the PCMDaily DB is finished downloading, but when it's finished I might try to simply start using it without reinstalling the game.
Two questions, though;
1. What patch do you mean? I allready have the .4.4. patch installed, is there something else that I have to install before installing the DB?
2. If I have to uninstall the game, what do I have to delete? I presume the files in "My Documents" won't be removed? In "My documents" I also have both the setup files for patch 1.0.3.0 and 1.0.4.4, do I have to delete both of these aswell? |

1. No I was refering to that patch. I did not know if you installed it already.
2. After the game has been uninstalled you should delete the remaining files and folders in the game folder (normally C;\Program Files\PCM 2011). Do not touch the pcm 2011 folder in "My documents" even if you have put something in which does not belong there. |

Allright, I think I get it now. When the DB is done downlading I will try it without reinstalling the game.
Btw; what kinds of problems might i get? Will it simply be that the game crashes or maybe somethings with the graphics? |
