DB Select Not Working

I select a DB, but no matter what I do it will not stay as the current DB, it always switches back to another DB. Help?

Click on the db in the options menu then click, "Make Default database"
Now your set for life and wont have to make 6 threads concerning the same issue.

nah he's got a point as same thing happens to me. i even deleted all db from user folder except for latest exp db and it still kept defaulting to official release. even after i selected exp db as default. i ended up copying exp db and renaming it official release and copying over it so i end up with 2 db to select from in game and they are both the same. just different names

I heard Cyanide moved the db folder back to the old folder which is just Documents/PCM 11/ Database with the latest patch.
Other than that I'm not sure since I dont have the game, but it could be some sort of Local.cdb issue, maybe.

Yeah, if you had read all 6 of the threads, you would know I mentioned that I have tried that, and it doesn't work

If you would have read the threads than you would have know that it is a bug since the new patch.
Also you would have known that it does not matter if you want to play a career, just select the DB, then start the career and forget about the DB setting. |

The same problem for me, i deleted oficialrelease but always show in the database selection, is annoying change this thing every time  |

I think Cyanide employees are on summer holiday in august, so you might have to wait for a while. |
