How do I get my rider just to follow a wheel of someone without doing any work?
Does it even save any energy if we were to share the work?
Its by doing whatever that you become whoever

Not sure what the last part means but if your within 18 k of the finish on a flat stage or 2 k (or around there) on a mountain stage you can do counter sprint to follow someones wheel. You can also do counter-attack when someone is attacking and that enables you to follow their wheel and save a little energy.
